The body space can become the haven, the go to space, the resting place, a stable shelter when the outer world is chaotic and turbulent. It is important to nurture this space and strengthen it so we are not tossed around in the wind, emotionally and in the psyche, and can return here for nourishment.
Navigating through chaos is not pleasant but gives us an excellent opportunity to break free from old thought patterns. This meditation paves the way for different perspectives to create new pathways for the energy flow.
Like it or not, the current environment is asking us to examine many of our assumptions and conclusions that we had comfortably settled into. Some we had taken for granted, others we may have accepted as truth and yet others as stable. A double edged sword that comes with its share of opportunities and threats. This guided meditation invites us to explore barriers set up for our protection and ask whether they are still relevant.
In our Tuesday morning meditations there has been a growing inner anxiety and stress around schools reopening post pandemic. Though originally addressed to parents and teachers of young children, it is just as valid for anyone looking for a stable center in these times of uncertainty.

Action is always our individual choice. When we come together to set course in a common direction, we draw courage and resolve from it. It is easier for us to make those choices. We can count on the support we know we have. That which starts as energy finds a way to become thoughts and actions at individual levels. These healing forces have powerful ripple effects. Every additional presence magnifies its power.
